Print Sheet Studio is operated by Maksym Liashuk, a sole proprietor based in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@printsheetstudio.com.

The service

Print Sheet Studio creates exact-size PDF Print Sheets from Layout Templates and photos you upload. You can generate a Watermarked Print Sheet for free. A Payment Unlock is a one-time purchase of the matching Unwatermarked Print Set for the sheets you generated, at the price shown on the Pricing page before you pay. It is a digital download only; nothing is printed or shipped.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, taxes, and receipts, and your card statement will show Paddle.

Your photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your photos and to the Print Sheets made from them. You give us permission to process your photos only to generate your Print Sheets. Do not upload unlawful content.

Printing results

You are responsible for choosing the correct Layout Template, checking the Watermarked Print Sheet, and printing at actual size using the Print Instructions. Printer settings, paper handling, trimming, and photo-lab output are outside our control.

Downloads

Generated Print Sheets are available for 24 hours. Download your Unwatermarked Print Set promptly; expired files cannot be recovered, but you can generate them again.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Payment Unlock concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
