You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Uploaded Photos

Uploaded Photos are used only to generate your Print Sheets. They are deleted right after your Print Sheets are generated. Photos you upload but never use are removed by an automatic cleanup of uploads older than one hour. Uploaded Photos are not attached to support messages or Feedback Reports.

Generated Print Sheets

Generated Print Sheets expire after 24 hours and are then deleted. Expired files are not a long-term recovery path.

Payments

Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, billing email, country, and tax information under the Paddle Privacy Notice. We store only minimal Payment Unlock state needed to unlock the matching Unwatermarked Print Set, such as status, amount, Print Sheet identifiers, and expiry time. We never see your card details.

Usage analytics and logs

We record anonymous product events, such as which Layout Template was used and whether generation succeeded, without photos, file names, or personal details. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Feedback Reports and support email

If you send a Feedback Report or email us, we keep your message and any email address you give only to reply and improve the service.

Stored in your browser

Your browser remembers your recent Layout Templates and Print Sheet Options on your own device. You can clear them from the homepage or your browser settings.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting and temporary file storage, and Paddle for payments. They process data on our behalf, and data may be processed outside Canada.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@printsheetstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.
