Print Instructions
Print at Actual Size
Use these Print Instructions before relying on a generated Print Sheet. Printer dialogs vary, but the goal is always the same: print the PDF at actual size without fit-to-page scaling.
Choose the matching paper size
Load the same paper size used by the Layout Template or Layout Constructor. For 4x6 photo paper, choose a 4x6 paper setting in the printer dialog when it is available.
Use borderless or full-page photo paper settings when needed
Some photo printers need a borderless or full-page paper choice to place the Print Sheet on the whole sheet of paper. If your printer cannot print to the edge, the PDF may still be exact-size but the printer may leave its required margin.
Turn off scaling
Do not use fit to page, shrink oversized pages, scale to printable area, or similar options. Choose actual size or 100% so Slots keep their intended physical dimensions.
Test with the Watermarked Print Sheet first
Print the free Watermarked Print Sheet before completing a Payment Unlock. Check that each Uploaded Photo lands in the expected Slot and that the paper was not resized by the printer dialog.
Measure the Calibration Mark
If you enabled the Calibration Mark, measure the printed line. A 1-inch Calibration Mark should measure exactly 1 inch on paper. If it is too short or too long, adjust the printer dialog and print the Watermarked Print Sheet again before unlocking the Unwatermarked Print Set.
